Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you receive an item that is:

• Defective
• Incorrect product
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or videos).
In such cases, we will offer:

• A full refund
In most cases, you will NOT be required to return the item.

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Customer no longer wants the product
We do not offer automatic refunds.
However, we may offer:
• Return for refund (case by case approval)
In this case:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Warehouse handling fees may apply
• Return must be approved before shipping it back
